One of my absolute favorite color combos, Debbie! This is SO adorable! Bright and happy and festive. Love that number paper for a birthday design. The big ric rac is so fun, too, and I love how you off-set the sentiment sticker and die cut underneath. Bet your little buddy is going to love this!
