Monday card!
Well we ended up coming home from the weekend early. Jason had a paper due so and we wanted to get everything together so got home late last evening. So today I had to do all the weekend stuff I normally do Saturday and Sunday - grocery shop, laundry, and of course scrap! Today I got some cards done for a few of the challenges. I also have a page done but didn't get it done before the sun went down so will post tomorrow.
First is a card I did for the sketch at Card Patterns this week. I used some American Crafts papers and Core'dinations cardstock together with some Unity Stamps and a Creative Imaginations rub on.
The next card is for the sketch over at Get Sketchy this week. For this I used Core'dinations Cardstock and some Hero Arts Stamps together with an SRM sticker. Flowers of course prima.
The next card is for the sketch over at The Sweet Stop this week. I used one of Faith's images from Designed 2 Delight and some Scenic Route papers.
The last card here today is from CPS sketch. Once again I pulled out some Scenic Route papers for this one together with a Unity Stamp.
Next I wanted to you note that coming up soon at Unscripted Sketches we will be having our Anniversary Blog hop. Please join us for some special celebrations!

The next two cards are from new images over at Designed to Delight! The first is one of the new Spring images - isn't he cute!
The second one is for the Case challenge over at the Design Team Card Blog and features another one of the new images Faith has in her store. Check them all out over at Designed 2 Delight.

Sunday Sharing!
Oh with this wonderful warmer weather I'm cranking up getting ready for spring and summer - my FAVORITE time of the year! I HATE cold! So the colors this week over at Color Combo Galore were just ideal for this page. I know that if you read the journaling the picture was taken during Thanksgiving week at Disney World but by looking at the girls you would never know it. For this page I pulled out some yummy Core'dinations cardstock. Then I added some Bo Bunny die cut paper and made some more little flowers with my new Cuttlebug flower cut die. I'm so in love with them!
The next card is for the sketch over at Card Patterns this week. I don't know how I went from one to the other but this is what I came up with and went with. The image is from Faith over at Designed to Delight and the papers are from a Noel Mignon kit.
This last card is for the sketch at The Sweet Stop. I love this image from Mo digitals - it just says Spring to me so with the spin on the sketch this is the one I went with. Papers are from Jillibean.
Thanks for stopping by - hope to get more done tonight or tomorrow. I really did get more done - just can't post them as they are for Design Team work.

Saturday Morning!
Good morning! First off today I have my card for the sketch over at Unscripted Sketches this week. The extra challenge is to use fabric on your card. I had this little piece from an older Noel Mignon kit that sparked this card. Combined it with some Core'dinations cardstock and a new embossing folder and then added this cute little birdcage from Jolee's Boutique.
Next I have a card I did for the image Faith has over at Designed 2 Delight this week. She has come out with some fabulous new Spring images that I can't get enough of. For this I used a new Sizzix embossing folder together with some Core'dinations cardstock for my background. I actually printed the image twice and colored the tree twice and then cut out and popped the tree on the original card.
Then!!!!! Stop by and check this out! This weekend Core'dinations Cardstock is giving you a chance to win one of their fabulous t-shirts that they wore at CHA.
Thanks for stopping by - intend to have alot more done before the weekend is out. Hope yours is wonderful!

Monday cards!
Late posting this weekend. Spent most of yesterday painting my bathroom - my nightmare! First it took almost a month to strip the wallpaper off (not made for stripping!). Then it had to be textured - after the first roll or two it felt like lifting concrete. Then I painted it and we HATED the color. Then Saturday we went and my dh thought we should match the tile (maroon and cream!) NOT. It was pink - yuck. Pulled out the light cream I had used on the ceiling and we had a winner. BUT the color card on the table that I thought was it wasn't we he bought a can not useable and of course not returnable. FINALLY got the right can and now after two coats it's done. Now all I have to do is the trim which is not easy since I have 6 inch baseboards and two doors that are all carved and paneled. FUN! Another day. BUT I had today off and I made use of it. Haven't had much time to play with all the card sketches recently so today I decided to see what I could come up with.
First is a card for The Sweet Stop. The image is from Lily of the Valley - the paper, Core'dinations cardstock and Graphic 45. Flowers prima. Sticker - SRM stickers.
The next card is for Card Patterns. I used some papers from my latest Noel kit for this one and again a SRM sticker, Core'dinations Cardstock.
The next card is for the sketch over at CPS this week. This is one of the Mo digital images I hadn't played with yet - love her! The papers are Echo Park and the sentiment is from Creative Imaginations.
The next card is for the sketch over at Get Sketchy this week. For this I used some of the fabulous new Graphic 45 Core'dinations cardstock together with some Graphic 45 papers. Sentiment is a Making Memories rub on.
The next card is for the Sketch Saturday sketch. For this one I used another new Mo digital image I had and some Basic Grey papers.
Finally here's a page I did for the color challenge over at Color Combo Galore this week. This is my son, Jason, taken on a day we spent together with my oldest daughter and her kids at the lake. Cardstock Core'dinations, chipboard and rubons Maya Road. Pattern Papers from a Noel Mignon kit.
Thanks for stopping by -off to try to get to some more this week.

Saturday posting
Not alot today. We are out of town going to go to North Texas and look for some property and then drop in on Kim (my oldest daughter) and the kids and visit for awhile. Here's my card this week for Unscripted Sketches -first time I've used these flowers and now I'm in love! I think I wiped out last week with all I posted then. I've been trying to paint my bathroom and after spending ALL day last weekend on it - I don't like the color. I'll be back painting it again probably on Monday - took the day off. UGG!

New look here!
Took Heather's advice and changed out my picture and the header here. Hope you like it. I've been painting ALL day long - my marathon bathroom adventure from stripping wallpaper to finally paining it. Had to paint the ceiling too so took me from 9:30 this morning until 4:30 this afternoon to finally get done! I still have to redo the baseboards and doors but the worst I hope is over. Now if daylight shows I have to do another coat it will just have to wait. I can't hardly move. I only have one page to show today. Did one more but not ready to post it yet. Here's what I did with my new Noel Mignon kit and the challenge over at Color Combo Galore this week.
Ok well guess I found some more I hadn't shared yet. This is a page I did for Core'dinations in the spirit of the SuperBowl. This is my grandson, Mitch, playing football with his new team (that are all actually a year or two older than he is!.
Then here's another page I did for a DT call. I used Core'dinations Vintage collection for my background page and did a collage of pictures that Brandy and I took of LA when I took her out there last September to pursue her dream of making it in dance.
Thanks for stopping by!
