Saturday cards once again

More Design Team cards today. Spent Tuesday and Wednesday in Austin at the CCRN (critical care) and am studying like crazy for taking the test just as soon as I can. Paid out the gazoo to sign up to take the CNRN (Neuro) test the end of October so need to get this one out of the way asap. Then will have lots of pretty letters after my name! And I have started on my Christmas Card making marathon. I have about 50 office friends and the best way I have found to give everyone a little something is to make them each a card. I've found that if I start in September and target for 5 cards a week - I can easily have them done without stressing out trying to get them done at the last minute. Course I have another 15 or so for immediate family that have come to expect a hand made card as well. Needless to say I never get anything submitted around Christmas time for publication - they all get mailed out!

First off today I want to share my card for The Sweet Stop. I flipped the sketch and used some Imaginisce Papers/ Core'dinations Cardstock.

The next card is for Unscripted Sketches. For this I used an image from Designed 2 Delight and some papers from a Noel Mignon kit and Core'dinations Cardstock.I just heard I have some of the new Core'dinations Graphic 45 papers coming my way! Can't wait to get to play with them! I actually went and bought some of the Graphic 45 Christmas collection in preparation for getting the Core to go with it - cannot wait. Nothing like new product to work with. Come back Monday to see some of the project I made combining Core'dinations cardstock with Queen & Co. Queen & Co. is being featured together with the Core'dinations Design Team this entire week and into next week to show you some of the wonderful creations the team has put together with their wonderful products. You can check it out here but be sure to go back each and every day as Ellen is uploading new projects on a daily basis.
Thanks for stopping by - sure there will be more tomorrow.

  3. Wow... Very pretty cards and of course very inspiring. I got inspired by your Christmas card idea of 5/week. Being an Indian, I should also try out something like that for Diwali which comes in late October.
