Well I didn't get thing posted yesterday as I was working. AND I mean working. Was float and by the end of the day I could hardly move. Was afraid to sit down that I would never get up again! Plue the computer system had been down all night we were stuck with paper charting until about one in the afternoon. For alot of the nurses this was totally something new - they had never paper charted and had no idea where to start. So Momma was running around like crazy trying to get them going. Plus baths and baths and someone (intern would be my guess) was on an enema roll so guess what else I did all day! Felt like a glorified and well paid tech! Guess I was too tired because I woke up at the crack of dawn. Showing the house yet again today - will this EVER end! Guess I shouldn't gripe - at least it's being shown and it won't sell if it's now shown.
First up today is my card for Unscripted Sketches
Then for CSI this week I had some fun with some camera shots my daughter and her bff have taken over the years that seemed to fit the Case File this week.
Hoping to get some scrapping in this week - off until Thursday! Gotta finish up my last Gossamer Blue kit before the next one gets here. Going to be a beautiful day here today - supposed to get to almost 80 so I intend to get out and do some interval running this afternoon.

Coredination's
Well today I just have a lot of Core'dination's goodness for you! These first three pages were all featured on the Core'dination's blog yesterday but may not be the first time you saw them because both of the last two were used also for solving CSI case files. I love it when I can combine both of them. Core'dination's is so awsome because with all the textures and the dry embossing you can do you can add so much texture and character to your pages. The first layout is my daughter (left) and her bff (who is also mama to the adorable little baby I've been scrapping and who is featured in the second layout from her wedding). I started with the Pink Paisley Impressions cardstock which I sanded down and then just went through my scraps for small pieces which I then embossed, sanded and matted. On my second page I sanded the Cosmo Cricket Impressions cardstock, then inked, stamped, sewed and distressed it. The last layout started with My Mind's Eye Impressions cardstock and then I added some of the Spotted collection as well.
Then I also have some pages that I send to CHA this year that I just haven't gotten around to posting yet. The first is with the Bright collection of Core'dination's which I scored and sanded to created the sunburst effect.
The last one I did was created after I made a Gossamer Blue kit page with some Chalkboard papers. I decided I could re-create the page using nothing but Core'dination's cardstock which I did using the Neutral collection.
Thanks for stopping by!

Saturday posting
Happy Saturday - been a long week! Went back to work Wednesday - was in the locker room putting away my things when I hear - hey where are you????? My night buddy had been in charge that night and was there to let me know she had put me in charge for the day shift - welcome back - three weeks off and HELLO WORK! Luckily it was a busy but not bad day. Then came in yesterday and was float. Never sat down the entire day -was busy. Next week I'm on for three days but none of them together? UGH! I'm hoping to get the chance to get some scrapping done this weekend but my son and his girlfriend want us to do something with them and they are always my priority!
Well today I have a card for you for Unscripted Sketches - guess I was still thinking Valentine's with the hearts!
Then for CSI this week I have a page that goes with both the Page Draft's (Emma's) sketch as well as the Case File. This one spoke to me about animals (probably the picture) so I did a page about our little Sophie who my hubby lovingly calls Little Dog because she trails around behind him like a dog. This is a little stray Brandy found outside her apartment and after almost $1,000 worth of vet bills including surgery to cut of her nec fas tail. Then her roomie found out she was allergic to cats so Sophie came to live here. She is too funny. Even after all this time (she was horrible about it to start with) she beg to go outside (any weather) - get out there and stand up looking in the window for someone to open it up again. Back and forth - winter's the worst because the idiot can't seem to figure out it's not going to warm up and will try again and again. She follows Charlie around everywhere - to the mail box to pick up the paper. God help he goes out and forgets to take her or vice versa.

Page Maps and Gossamer Blue
I created this page for the challenge by Page Maps together with Gossamer Blue. Since I'm a member of Gossamer Blue and they had sold out of most of the February add-ons for this kit I wanted to play along with the sketch challenge - course I'm always a fan of sketches.

Saturday
Well my staycation is winding down to an end. Didn't get to really go anywhere - it's too cold. We went to Arlington for a funeral the first weekend and visited some old friends but besides that we have been here. Replaced all the faucets and towel rods in our bathroom. Now to get new lighting fixtures and try to figure out how to paint over the gold trim in the shower. Gold is out per realtors so trying to do what we can to eliminate it. BUT I have had alot of time to scrap and I have. Got all my DT work done for Core'dination's and the David Tutera card team and got a little (a little) ahead on my CSI projects (like a week ahead - lol) Wish I could share but no. Also got rolling on using up a Noel Mignon and a Gossamer Blue kit left overs. I wanted to do a post of all the projects I did before the end of the year for Core'dinations and DT for CHA but not sure if I really remember which ones they were. The catalog will be coming out soon so maybe that will jog my memory. Today first I have my card for Unscripted Sketches.
Next up is my page for the CSI case file this week. I immediately thought of these pictures of Gavin and the stories Brandy has told me about how much this kid loves his books already. His Mom is a beautiful nerd who is finishing up medical school right now. Think Gavin got a gene or two from Mom here. The cardstock is of course Core'dinations. It was perfect for this page.
Then like I said I was using up scraps from two kits so not sure which figured into which kit but mixed them up. First is a page about my son and his girlfriend's trip to the Mexico /Korea Soccer game. Maria is a HUGE fan. This was one of our Christmas presents to them.
Next up Brandy (she's the second one on the right in the top middle picture) went to a friend's Bachelorette party in Austin last weekend where they took alot of fun pictures. I did this for them to remember how much fun they had.
Then baby Gavin is now one and I was using up alot of the goodies in the Gossamer December kit here on this one.
Then I can share some of the pages I have made recently for Core'dinations. These were from my last month's work - some winter pages. The first is my grandkids playing in the snow on a snow day from school. Jenni Bowlin line was the major one here.
Then my great nephew, Cason, playing in the snow out in Lubbock. First year he was old enough to play and understand it.

Super Bowl Weekend!!!
Slow on posting this weekend. Went to Arlington last week for a funeral - a friend of my husbands. Don't you hate when you get older and you realize that funerals turn into reunions - friends you haven't seen for years. We didn't see many but enough to enjoy visiting. Plus got to spend time with Charlies kids and grandkids. But now I have some work to share. First off is two pages for CSI - the first is for the #108 Case File and the second is for the December Scrap 365 Case File
As you can read one of the Journaling prompts for this page is to look in this Art Journal Prompts where I found this prompt. I immediately thought of my youngest daughter, Brandy. Could she afford herself or find a way to make enough money doing it to suit herself she would dance - and dance and dance. I loved this picture I took of her several years ago at a Monster's Dance workshop. I caught her in leap here and noted when I turned the page to black and white - she's on curled up toes??? How I don't know.
Next up is the Scrap 365 Case File - loved these dramatic colors and the testimony led me to my photo which is a beautiful wedding photo of Brandy's bff from last summer. I used some Core'dination's cardstock here for my base and alot of stamping.
Thanks for stopping by! Off to do some more scrapping.

Then I've got all kinds of scraps left over from both a Noel Mignon kit as well as a Gossamer Blue kit so decided to work through some photos of this little cutie.
