Well here's Saturday again - my favorite day of the week! Getting ready to go out for a run before it gets hot. Got my husband home yesterday. They had some major work reconstructing his foot. He had a big toe that shot across the others - fixing it required several hours of surgery, cutting and reattaching tendons and skin and pinning his toe in place BUT it's straight. We had crutches and a wheelchair delivered yesterday - he's not supposed to put weight on it for several weeks. BUT hard headed as he is he won't stay still and keep it elevated to my nursing desires and it bled quite abit under the bandages yesterday. NOW as an ICU nurse it's just killing me to keep my hands off and not strip down the huge bandaged foot and redress it. The instructions when he went home clearly state - do NOT do this so. So I'm going to sit on my hands until Monday and I can call the office. Then I'll take it down - otherwise he's really going to stink in a few days.
On to more pleasant things - here's my card for the Unscripted Sketches this week. I used Core'dinations papers, some Kim Hughes stamps and some Flower Soft.
Thanks for stopping by - working on a page for the Color Combo Galore this week. Please stop in at Core'dinations and join us for a month long challenge with a great Core'dinations give-away for the winner. Also would love to have you join us over at For Your Inspiration for the newest photo inspiration challenge. The Design Team rocked this one for sure! And as always Designed 2 Delight has a wonderful new image freebie for the first of the month.
